These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DryVerdict (dryverdict.com, the "Site"), operated by CLEADEAL LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site offers general information and an interactive self-help diagnostic tool for household clothes dryers, for personal, non-commercial use. The content is educational in nature. Nothing on this Site is professional advice — not appliance-repair advice from a licensed technician, not electrical advice, and not gas-fitting advice — and using the Site does not create any professional relationship between you and us. For work on gas lines, sealed gas components, or household wiring, hire a qualified licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
We work hard to keep our information accurate and current, but appliance designs, parts, and manufacturer guidance change. We do not guarantee that any information or diagnostic result on the Site is complete, current, or correct for your specific appliance, or that using it will produce any particular outcome. You use the Site and its tools at your own risk and are responsible for verifying anything important before acting on it.
Appliances involve electricity, heat, sharp metal, and — on gas models — fuel gas. The Site's safety instructions (including unplugging the appliance before opening panels and treating gas-line and sealed gas valve work as professional-only) are part of these Terms. If you are not comfortable performing a step safely, do not perform it; contact a qualified technician.
Some products on the Site require a one-time payment, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the email below and we will review it.
All content on the Site — text, tools, design, and branding — is owned by CLEADEAL LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. It does not transfer ownership or give you the right to share, resell, or republish it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEADEAL LLC and its owners, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its products — including any decisions you make based on the Site's content, damage to appliances or property, or personal injury. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLEADEAL LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party services (such as payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
